The Portege S100 CPU is the Intel Pentium M 740 / 1.73 GHz running at a clock speed of 1.73 GHz. The laptop was supplied with a standard 256 MB of DDR2 SDRAM memory. Graphics was originally an PCI Express x16 NVIDIA GeForce Go 6200 TE 64 MB DDR SDRAM The video card runs at XGA. The motherboard was designed around the Mobile Intel 915PM Express chipset running at 533 MHz. Storage was on a standard 40 GB drive with networking running on the Gigabit Ethernet device.
