The S Series is a 64 bit laptop and can natively run any 64 bit operating system.
The 64 bit CPU can also run a 32 bit x86 operating system using built in hardware emulation.

It is worth remembering that some operating systems such as Windows® XP were originally released on October 25 2001, making the original Windows® XP nearly 25 years old. So in a very extreme case an original beta release recovery disk from Packard Bell® could of been published 25 years ago. Packard Bell® S Series Laptop (US) Windows® 10 Recovery Software
The Packard Bell S Series Windows® 10 recovery software is available on a DVD disk set, USB or download ISO image and is designed for use specifically with the Packard Bell S Series.
If Packard Bell® originally supplied your laptop with Windows® 10, or if you upgraded it from or Windows® 8.1 or 8, then this software will use your built in product key to automatically reinstall or repair your system. If you have upgraded from Windows® 7 or your product key is not built in you can select the edition for repair or reinstall from a drop down menu during the repair or reinstall process. Once your Packard Bell S Series Windows® 10 operating system is repaired or reinstalled the drivers and associated software are all restored using the Packard Bell S Series driver resource software.
