The 64 bit CPU can also run a 32 bit x86 operating system using built in hardware emulation.

Packard Bell® RS65 Laptop (US) Windows® 10 Recovery Software
The Packard Bell RS65 Windows® 10 recovery software is available on a DVD disk set, USB or download ISO image and is designed for use specifically with the Packard Bell RS65.
If Packard Bell® originally supplied your laptop with Windows® 10, or if you upgraded it from or Windows® 8.1 or 8, then this software will use your built in product key to automatically reinstall or repair your system.
