The first part, the "PCI\VEN_", is specific to the manufacturer, Initio® has the PCI\VEN code of "PCI\VEN_1101". The "&DEV_" part of the code relates to the hardware, in this case the "DEV_9401" relates to storage hardware, specifically the INI 935 Fast Wide SCSI.
