If this is your first time using the help desk and you have already ordered a product, then you will automatically have an account with us. Please just sign in using the email address that is associated with your order, customer services will be happy to answer any questions you may have.
If you have yet to purchase from us and you have a general inquiry, you can use our forum or create a help desk account so we can answer your request within our help desk. Once you have signed in to the help desk, all your support tickets and orders can been seen on a separate tab above.
