The Original IBM ThinkPad X20 2662 Operating System Was Microsoft Windows 2000 Professional
The IBM ThinkPad X20 2662 laptop was originally supplied from the IBM factory with the following specifications and software. The ThinkPad X20 2662 CPU is the Intel Pentium III 600 MHz running at a clock speed of 600 MHz. The laptop was supplied with a standard 128 MB of SDRAM memory. Graphics was originally an AGP ATI RAGE Mobility M 4 MB SDRAM The video card runs at XGA. The motherboard was designed around the Intel 440ZX chipset running at 100 MHz. Storage was on a standard 20 GB drive with networking running on the normal standard Ethernet and wireless controller device. The original system was also supplied with ConfigSafe, Drivers & Utilities, Lotus SmartSuite Millennium, PC Doctor (Some additional software is not included).
