The following hardware and software was used in the construction of the Hyperdata CL13 :
The CL13 is a 64 bit laptop and can natively run any 64 bit operating system.
The 64 bit CPU can also run a 32 bit x86 operating system using built in hardware emulation.
The storage hardware uses the driver for the Intel 82801EB ER IDE (ICH5 ICH5R) device.

Some original operating systems are old, like really old! Windows® XP was originally released on October 25 2001, making it very close to 25 years old. So in some cases an OEM beta recovery disk from Hyperdata® could originally of been published over 25 years ago. This date would obviously depend on the manufacturing date of the CL13 laptop, but in most cases it will be years out of date and will contain old drivers and a very old edition of the operating system. To overcome this we also supply, with every order, an agile driver recovery disk, which will carry out a live scan and replace and update any old drivers.
Although we do not support Windows® 95 or 98, here is a list of when each OS was released. Windows® 95 August 24, 1995, Windows® 98 June 25, 1998, Windows® XP October 25, 2001, Windows® Vista January 30, 2007, Windows® 7 October 22, 2009, Windows® 8 October 26, 2012, Windows® 8.1 October 17, 2013, Windows® 10 July 29, 2015 and Windows 11 was announced by Microsoft on June 24, 2021.
Remember that a valid product key (found on the CL13 COA ) is required to use the system recovery service. If you have the Windows® 10, 8.1 or Windows® 8 operating system and you do not see a COA then your product key will be embedded in the CL13 BIOS. If you have upgraded from Windows® 8.1, 8 or Windows® 7, then you can use your original Windows® product key to active Windows® 10.
